Support part 2

Today is Wednesday, which means it’s time for the Inspirational word of the day.

Support (verb) to hold up, serve as a foundation for, sustain, endure, assist, advocate, corroborate with.   (noun) a person or thing that serves as a support.

After last weeks post, I felt like I didn’t do the word justice.  It’s such a powerful word, being a noun, verb that I thought I would follow up with another post in order to SUPPORT it!  I love to play with words!

Last week I talked about how feeling supported and supportive is the foundation for what a happy life looks like.

What I would like to add this week are some people and places that are consistently supportive.  Please feel free to click on their links to find support for yourself and if you enjoy it, please forward them on to your family and friends.

Havi Brooks the Fluent Self blog.  She has this practice of Destuckification that really, truly works!

Gretchen Rubin of the Happiness Project blog.  Her blog inspired me to want to make mine and her words comfort me daily.

Jennifer Louden, the Comfort Queen helps keep me feeling focused on taking care of me so that I can take care of everyone else.

Goddess Leonie is the sprinkles on the frosting of the cupcake of life.

Colleen Wainwright is the best writer on the internet and one of my biggest heroes.  Her words are like manna from heaven.

Naomi Dunford is the epitome of strength and smarts.  Her salty vocabulary is just what the doctor ordered to break up the blah and boringness that is real life.  She’s also my marketing coach.  xoxoxo

Seth Godin is the man.  The go-to-guy when you want to know how to face real life head on without feeling overwhelmed and freaked out.  His no-nonsense approach to marketing in real life has helped millions of people look at life as an adventure, instead of with fear.  He is AWESOME!!!!!

Steve Errey is the confidence guy online.  His post about de-dramafying life helped shift my perspective dramatically!

I hope these links will give you some comfort and support.

These are just a few of the many wonderful people I have found on my journey through the internet.

There are many more out there and I’m sure you will find them when you need some support!

Good luck getting through all of your Holiday festivities and remember to be Excellent to each other!!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and ROCK ON everyone!
